Our supplier is Blanka. All our inventory is stocked within their warehouse. Our partnership with Blanka allows us to reliably ship Clean Glam products worldwide. We will do our very best to achieve the highest standard in customer satisfaction. However, we do understand that life happens. So, here is a quick bit of information regarding returns.
We do not currently accept returns
HOWEVER,
If there is damage with your customer order, then Blanka will refund the product.
If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us using the customer service form at the bottom of this page with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.
Please be aware that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.

Please note, there are some exceptions to Blanka's worldwide shipping prices. Currently, there are increased prices associated with shipping to destinations in the list indicated with the (*) symbol. If you'd like to ship to one of these countries, you'll first need to place an order and then please reach out to us at the form at the bottom of the screen so that we can provide you a custom shipping quote for that order.

At Clean Glam, we have worked hard to find you the fastest shipping in the industry. Below are the estimated timelines for shipping:

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays
Kindly be aware that when shipping internationally, occasional delays may occur, particularly with larger orders, owing to customs processes. Although infrequent, such situations are regrettably beyond our influence. We appreciate your patience as we await customs clearance to ensure the prompt delivery of your package.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins almost immediately as we grab your inventory from our warehouse and prepare it for shipment.

We may not be able to accommodate your request if the order has already been processed or shipped. Our team processes your orders as soon as you place them to ensure fast fulfillment.
4. RETURNS
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
Clean Glam is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you using the form at the bottom of the screen.
